Definition
- Armchair designed by the Italian Joe Colombo in 1964 (Comfort Italy). It is characterised by its enormous seat made of fibreglass forming a cocoon-shaped shell on a swivel base, the interior of which was upholstered in leather. Its designer's anticipated vision is based on the modern lifestyle connected to the world through television, telephone and media.
