Multi-seater seat with backrest and armrests, sometimes with ears. There are corner seats, with one side at right angles. They can be rectangular or oval in shape... They appeared in the second half of the 17th century and during the 18th century gave rise to a multitude of variants. They have been known in Spain since 1720.
